Yes, If you buy a package. They sell package deals at Best Buy. I know because I bought one there.
The controls are built in to the PSP.
All Psp model consoles have a built in Lcd display screen for gaming or watching Umds.
No, Pokemon is an exclusive to Nintendo's consoles.
There are no such things as 'PSP 1000' games, no PSP game is made for a specific model. Any PSP UMD will work in any PSP that has a UMD drive.
The PSP 2, or NGP, will not have a UMD drive, so any games you have in UMD format will not be playable on the PSP 2. However, any games that you have downloaded on your PSP 3000 can be transferred to the new PSP.
You can get the PSP consoles from any gaming store in your local area, that's if they do them. If they don't, look on EBay or Amazon, etc, and see if they do cheap ones, which they do. Be careful you don't get rubbish ones!
No halo games will come out on any playstation systems
You only need a PC or an internet-connected PSP, PSVita or PS3, with any of those you can make a PSN account, register any of those consoles, and purchase games (you'll need a source of funding for that, ie credit card or prepaid PSN card). You will of course need the consoles themselves to play the games.
