It would depend on ones definition of the word "miracle", and rely on an individuals judgement. Opinions are usually biased by the faith of the person observing the "miracle". If you choose to view an incident as "miraculous" then it is. I have yet to encounter any reliable incidents that I could classify as a "miracle". Your results may vary.
