Yes they do but in dangerous liasions bc Stefan feels guilty for what he did to her in our town so I think in the ties that bind when he finds out bout the kiss he was very sad

∙ 11y agoIn the last episode of season 3, The Departed, Elena tells Damon that she chooses Stefan over him. But in season 4 Elena realizes she still has strong feelings for Damon, maybe even stronger than her feelings for Stefan.

According to all the new blogs and the TV Series Guide Book, Damon and Elena do have some romantic moments later in Series 2, but apparently that's not enough for Elena to break up with Stefan. In the current most recent season (season five) and a little before season four ends, the two end-up being together even after Elena's sire is cut-off from Damon. The two are in love as of right now, however, Elena does still think about Stefan but it's not clear at the moment if she's going to break up with Damon to go back out with Stefan, we'll have to wait to see later in season five (if anything happens about the relationship in this new season).

Stefan gets his humanity back after Elena tells him she and Damon kissed in season 3 ep.12. you can tell because he punches Damon in the face after Damon asks about Elena. so if he punched him in the face i am pretty sure he cares again.

Elena does not become a vampire because Bonnie finds a spell which can save her but it means John (her biological dad) dies. Since Damon got bitten by Tyler he gets very sick and has illusions about Katherine. Stefan finds a cure which is Klaus' blood but to do that he has to join him and become a ripper again. Damon and Elena finally kiss not knowing Stefan isn't coming back. So to answer your question: So far, no.
Will stephan ever bite Elena?
Stefan did bite Elena. When he was kidnapped by the vampires from the tomb they hurt him. When Damon, Elena, and Alaric go to save him he's weak. Elena and Stefan walk back to the car to escape while Damon and Alaric are distracting the other Vampires. Stefan falls on top of Elena and she cuts her hand. One of the Vampires come after Elena and Stefan when they are in car and the evil vampire pulls Stefan out of the car and stabs him with a stick. Elena then goes behind the evil vampire and stabs him in the neck with a vevain dart. The vampire passes out just for a few minutes. Elena gives Stefan here cut hand and tells him he needs the blood even though Stefan is against drinking human blood. Stefan then is strong enough to kill the other Vampire and get away with Elena.
What episode was it in season one when Elena breaks up with Stefan on Vampire Diaries?
Elena dies in episode 21 of seaso two by Klaus draining her for his power of turning into and werewolf/vampire. But Elena is brought back to life by Bonnie putting a spell of Elena and John Gilbert. John gives his life for Elena to live after Damon fed her his blood. John didnt want that life for Elena. He dies and there is a very emotional funeral. Now she has no parents left.
