If you read about "Universalism", for example in the Wikipedia, it will quickly become clear that this is not a single united group, but rather a tendency - i.e., there are various different groups that say they are universalists, so it is not likely that all of them believe the same thing about most religious topics. In any case, in case any such groups does believe in the Bible, belief in the Bible would probably not be their main emphasis.
