yes, my dog mav had very long whiskers so i decided to get them cut and they grew back in 2-3 weeks

∙ 11y agoAs long as the follicle is still intact the whisker will eventually grow back.
However, if the full follicle was pulled/fell out with the whisker then the hair will not grow back.
