They did, and still do, paint with brushes.
There are very few in some third world countries like Afghanistan. No disrespect to Afghans intended
Silver is very popular, as is red - I much prefer the look of black on gray (ground effects) Keeps the look stock and is still a very nice paint scheme
Not easily, but it will wash off. I use a glass palette to mix acrylics on and I have used acrylics to paint temporary work on windows and mirrors. For the palette, either wash immediately after use, while the paint is still wet, or let it dry and peel it off. For windows and mirrors, I use a razor scraper for small areas and a soft bristle brush (nylon) and hot soapy water for large areas.
Of all the paints water based paint is the easiest to clean up. If the paint is still wet, try blotting it up with a damp cloth - be carefull not to rub it in, and don't oversaturate the carpet with water. If it still won't come out try a little bit of dish detergent. If the stain has dried, you can try using a hand held steamer to soften the paint, and then picking the paint out with a pin or utility knife.
I found some on eBay but im not sure if they still have it :)
Because windows 8 themes are basically still windows 7 themes, they just have windows 8 graphics as the background colour. Thier coding is still the same.
They no longer add lead to paint in the US. However, many older buildings still have lead paint in them and you should be very careful to avoid exposure.
This was taken out of Windows XP, but is still in Windows 98 and below.
