well i have found one thing that does work for psx v1.13 it took me all night to find it when i was trying to get a game shark for psx v1.13 is called cep024 and it works if you want to find out how to use it im sure there is a tutorial on you tube. oh and 1 thing some codes dont work with it but most do.

Yes, make sure the file is a 'bin' file. then run the PSX program and select the 'bin' file to play, and your all set. Remember if you don't own the original game it's illegal to have it on your computer!
