A:Some Christians behave justly most of the time, while others do not. In that respect, they differ little from their atheist colleagues. Emperor Constantine was one of the first Christians to hold a position of real power, and history shows him to be a very unjust ruler.

Not all the time. some Christians go to church and may seem just but God doesn't live at church, he lives in you and how you behave outside of church can be entirely different. So even if your a christian it doesn't mean that what you do is just - by saying this, I don't mean that what you do isn't just.
Hope this helps :-)

How christians best behave?

Christians love God, their fellow creatures, and themselves. These are elements of the greatest commandment-- 'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.' This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments. (Matthew 22:37-40 NIV).

Is the Holy Spirit the power for Christian ethics?

If Christians were able to avail themselves of a power for ethics, not available to non-Christians, then it would be reasonable to expect that Christians would live nobler lives and behave more ethically than do non-Christians. Since we know this not to be the case, the Holy Spirit can not be a genuine force for Christians to assist them in ethical living.
