You have to go through the meeting house in dead tree. Walk in and go to the back of the room and go left until you come to 2 doors, go through the door on the right and you will be in the graveyard. The charm thing is under a gravestone that is blank, the gravestone is in the far right side of the graveyard. Watchout for those zombies tho cus they'll take away your sanity.. hope that helps. :-)
