No they don't. Cheap ones don't do anything good to the hair and you can be assured that it will be sticky and tacky. You can buy Loreal Ellnet in any store; this is a good one. If you can go to the salon or a hairdressers supplier try to get one there. Indola have a good hairspray and it is reasonably cheap for the amount of it.

No. Not all hairspray hold as they say that they will. :( The hairsprays I recommend to you are probably White Rain, and Fekkai. They kept my hair holding throughout the entire day! ;)

Probably not. There may be some small companies in developing countries still using CFCs but all major countries have phased them out by the end of last century. Hairsprays have other chemicals which may not be good for the atmosphere either. We may have to wait and see.
