Yes. All members are required to obtain one within a certain time period of being made a full member. The tattoo must list "date in/date out" if a member resings in good standing and must be removed if he is asked to leave.
Almost all are make-up apart from Happy (David Labara) who is a real tattoo artist and Hells Angels member.

No
That's the Hell's Angels idea of humor.
There is not one main president. It all depends on what Charter of the Hells Angels you are looking at. For example the founder of the Oakland chapter (charter) is Ralph 'Sonny' Barger.
The Hells Angels were started in San Bernardino California, they were originally WWII flight veterans returning from war, not very many people at all know the exact name of the originals. They started out as PoeBobs, a group of men who were into street racing muscle cars. Soon after the PoeBobs started the Hells Angels which metaphorically referred to their war wings. I can not give names, but I can tell you this, I have a strong infatuation with Muscle Cars and Street Bikes, but I am only a granddaughter of the FIRST Hells Angel the one who started both the PoeBobs and the Hells Angels.. Grandpa is still alive and in great health for his age, He still has his original Harley and The First Hells Angels vest ever made!
Tamil Tigers are a Militant group in Shri lanka they use military tactics to get their way. However the Hells Angels motorcycle club has chapters all over the world if they wanted to start a war against them they would have the bigger numbers.
San Bernardino, CA. Maybe Fontana, CA, which is basically down the road from Berdoo, but San Bernardino seems to be the place where all roads point. I'm not sure if any body knows for sure.
In SOME cases, the number 13 stands for the 13th letter of the alphabet, "M." M stands for marijuana. However, SOME sources claim that the 13 is because the Hells Angels in San Francisco were originally organized in 1953 by Rocky Graves, a Hells Angel member from San Bernardino ("Berdoo"). This implies that the "Frisco" Hells Angels were very much aware of their forebears. According to another account,[22] the Hells Angels club was a successor to "P.O.B.O.B." Motorcycle club,[23] The "Frisco" Hells Angels were reorganized in 1955 with thirteen charter members; Frank Sadilek, who designed the original death's head logo, served as President. The Oakland chapter, at that time headed by Barger, used a larger version of the patch nicknamed the "Barger Larger" which was first used in 1959 and later became the club standard. In an interview in September 2011, with one of the original "thirteen", the above history is confirmed as basically accurate. The person interviewed is perhaps the only one of the original thirteen still living. The youngest member would be aged mid-seventies at this point, and they all engaged in a life of reckless behavior. The Frisco Hells Angels were formed in 1953 by Rocky Graves, a member of the Berdoo Hells Angels. The group fell apart and was reformed in the summer of 1955 with thirteen living members. This is the group that continues today. The number thirteen was considered inauspicious by those in attendance at the formation meeting, so another member, known as "Crazy" was installed posthumously.
No race is superior to the next, Hells Angels aren't white supremacists there's Blacks, Latinos, Asians, Etc. in Hells Angles cause they accept any member(no matter the race) that's down for whatever and loyal
YES! He does. Strangely, it is similar to Adam Lambert's (runner up of American Idol Season 8) He has more than Adam, though. I don't have them all, but I do have the similar tattoo's image. http://media.photobucket.com/image/david+cook2527s+tattoo/paceysmom/david-cook-eye-tattoo.jpg?o=5
