scientifically yes, but its hard do see the apple on some males.
The reasons are, some males may have thick skin or different shaped neck / throat which makes it hard to see the apple with the eyes. But if you feel with your hand enough, you will be able to feel the apple.
Most women as well have adams apples they are not visible most of the time
but they are there. i have a couple of friend girls even the one my friend is dating you can see hers real good when her neck is back
