∙ 13y agoNo, not all HIV positive people get AIDS, in fact, the diseases are not a "stage 1, stage2". AIDS refers the state of your immune system and it's ability to fight infection. Many people are now living happy healthy long lives with extremely low infected T-cell count thanks to new medications.
