Body Piercing facilities are inspected by the local health protection and inspection office and are licensed by the local city hall business licensing department. Listed in the yellow pages under heading of "Body Piercing" and or "Tattoos". All Body Piercing and Tattoo studios have age limits set by the licensing agency so age limits can vary from town to town and city to city. Prices for piercings can also vary from shop to shop as well as the requirements for parental consent. Your best bet is to call your local city hall business licensing office and ask about age requirements for your area. Then call the local studios listed and ask about shop policies and prices.
Some piercing shops do, the reason i know this is because i went with my cousin to get her nose pierced, she is 16, and she told them she was really afraid of pain, but she really wanted it done, so they offered to numb it... and she got it pierced no problem, but not all of them do it.
Pretty much all piercings hurt - its just a matter of how much. Most nose piercing hurts about the same as getting an earlobe pierced. Of course there is also soreness after the piercing which usually goes away after it heals up (unless it gets infected).
I haven't gotten my nose pierced yet but all my sisters friends have one and they tell me a nose piercing herts more but you may think the opposite. I am nine and i got my ears pierced when i was 3. it Hert after wards a little bit but when you get older it doesn't hert as much. I really want a nose piercing and a belly button ring and a second and third ear piercing. also i want a cartilage piercing on my left here are the piercings WANTED BY ME:::::: Nose bellybutton second third forth cartilage
When you take it out and let it close up, it becomes a spot.It closes up really quickly. When you have a cold the piercing becomes sticky. It hurts if you bang your nose.Thats all I can think of atm.Btw, I have my nose pierced its cool. (:
I got my cartilage pierced when I was 12. And it honestly did hurt a little bit. Compared getting your nose pierced it hurts 10 times worse. I got my nose pierced for my 16th birthday and it didn't hurt at all. All you feel when you get your nose pierced is some pressure.
It means that it's a right side nostril piercing, nothing more, nothing less. Dont get caught up in the "BS" logic, if you have this pierced youre "this" if you have this side piercing here youre a "that". It's all a Big Story, don't listen to that garbage. A piercing is nothing more than a piercing, an experssion of your own personal style, nothing more.
Well you just have to stay on top of cleaning the piercing even with a cold. Taking the jewellery out will do nothing but loose the piercing for you. Put the jewellery back in clean the piercing and leave it alone. The cold will go away and the piercing will heal.
all they do is, clean the side of the nose you want piercing with a antiseptic wipe and they also clean the inside. They then draw a little dot on your nose, ask you to look into a mirror and imagine it's a nose stud and ask you if you think your happy with where it is, the then take the needle quickly pop it in where the dot is then put a nose stud in for you after, the actual piercing itself takes about 35 seconds.
Nope! I have my ears pierced, nose, and belly button. And honestly, the nose was probably the LEAST painful! It hurts a little when they push the needle through, but after about 5 minutes it didn't even hurt at all. It was like I had had the piercing forever. Mine wasn't even tender. Most painless piercing in my opinion.
It's recommended by most tattoo or piercing parlors for you to wait at least 6 months to a year to change the bar to something else. This allowes your freshly pierced cartilage to heal. Also make sure you follow the instructions of the person who pierced it for cleaning and care to prevent infections or irritation. You paid all that money and went through the pain please take care of your industrial piecing.
Her ears are pierced, but as far as I can tell that is all.
If you touch your nose you'll see that the area in which nose pierces are typically done is not a flat area. The area itself is inclined. Therefore, in order to have nose studs lay flat on you nose, the piercer will match the angle of the piercing to the incline of your nose. This results in almost all nose piercings being done at an angle.
