According to The Bible, there is indeed only one TRUE God(1 Timothy 2:5/Revelation 4:11/John 4:23+24/John 17:3/1 John 5:20), but there are, according to the Bible, many FALSE gods who seek to distract and claim the worship of humans(1 Corinthians 8:5+6/2 Corinthians 4:4). Unless they've taken the time to familiarize themselves with the God of the Bible, people will pray to ALL kinds of 'gods', consequently, NO, not all prayers ascend to the same god.(Some examples of prayers and worship to 'false gods' can be found at 1 Kings 18:17-40 / Psalm 115:3-8/Psalm 135:15/Isaiah 46:6/Psalm 97:7/Judges 2:11-17).
