Yes, angels do know God's word, because God's word is God's divine will, and in order to execute his will as his messengers, they must be informed of what God wants. Further proof that angels know God's word is the mission of the fallen angels. They cannot deceive believers by twisting God's word if they have not studied it, a perfect example being Satan in the garden of Eden with Eve, and his deception with the Tree of Knowledge.
