Many kinds of ant do fight and eat termites when they can. Usually they cannot, because the termites build themselves hard nests that the ants cannot break into. Some kinds even build tunnels of hard mud to get from their nests to the nearest rotten wood that they eat, and if yo keep your eyes open in a place where such termites live (such as Durban in South Africa) you can see the tunnels on the ground and running up the stems of trees where there are dead branches.
Still, some kinds of ants do eat termites more than anything else. A major example is Pachycondyla analis, sometimes called the Matabele ant. It goes out on scouting parties and when they find a termite nest, the fight their way in and take home lots of termites for food.
The name would suggest that they would eat Ants. Termite also.
I think red fire ants, but I think it could be a termite.

There a number of things that eat termites but the most common is ants. Ants are known to invade a termite nest to eat the young termites as well as the termites themselves. Lizards, spiders, birds, certain marsupials and bats also eat them.

I live in a mobile home that seems to be located on a large ant hill in California. The ants swarm inside when it rains too much. Recently they moved inside and I kept spraying with a mixture of lavender oil and water. It appeared to kill the ants and disorient them. Today I found more ants in the LR and they were feasting on >10 termites.
There are organic measures for termite control. That would be using a natural predator to the termite, like the nematodes or ants. But this will not help if the termites have already invested a house.
