Depends on what kind of monkey that you have in mind. If you are thinking about the human, (Which isn't really a monkey...) (homosapien) Then yes, we do eat other animals. Another kind of ancient monkey, (Again which isn't really a monkey...) is the (Homohabilis.) Most monkeys will eat other smallish animals, like ants and such, but they will usually also eat fruit, making them omnivores.

P.S. Gorillas are not monkeys, they are apes. Gorillas eat mostly leaves, shoots, and fruits, although they do also consume some ants and termites.

Yes chimpanzees do eat meat. They also organize hunting parties, usually males, where everyone has their own job in catching the meat, their favourite being monkeys. Some communities have even been known to assemble a hunting party before the monkey is even in sight, indicating the ability to plan for the future.
