First (of all) " The New Testament Church of Christ", in Matt.16:18 is Jesus's promise to build his church; and that promise was fulfilled in Acts chapter 2, AD 33,9am,Jerusalem is where & when the church was built(established). Secondly Anything before this isn't the church & anything after this isn't the church. Jesus has only one church ( some of the saints are alive well & walking the earth now),saved,redeemed,baptized believers. iF, YOU'RE NOT A MEMBER OF THIS CHURCH YOU ARE LOST,DOOMED, DYING & BOUND FOR HELL Mark 16:15-16. ∙ 16y agoIn the word of God you can read many passages about marriage and divorce.Such as in Matthew chapter 19 verses 1 through 10. However in Matthew 5 verse 32 reads that "But I say to you that whoever divorces his wife for any reason except sexual immorality causes her to commit adultery; and whoever marries a woman who is divorced commits adultery". So there is a cause for divorce, and a reason allowed for it. Yet God hates divorce, Malachi 2:16.

I think that's 2 questions not one question. (You forgot the 'period' after the word 'it'.)Truth be told - - We (Jehovah's Witnesses) do NOT allow nor accept 'unscriptural divorce'. We only allow and accept 'scriptural divorce'.
Can i file for a divorce if your spouse has become a felon after your marriage?
Generally speaking, yes. You can file for divorce for almost any reason. Some states allow non-contested divorces if one spouse becomes a felon.
In what religions can you remarry?
I am not sure about other religions, but if you are a protestant Christian, you may only remarry if your spouse dies. If you are a Christian, it is adultery to have a divorce and then marry someone else.
