(Sorry I don't know any. I only have Time and Darkness.)

Are you using Wonder Mail S codes? Because - correct me if I'm wrong - those only work in Sky. Otherwise, if you use a cheating device (e.g. Action Replay) you might have accidentally messed up your game. Wonder Mail codes work fine in my Darkness game.
