Yes. I am taking b12 (500 mcg) vitamins and surprisingly it has made my hair grow an inch or two. I started taking it because it supports energy metabolism and nervous system health. I was taking biotin but it seem to make my hair grow but slowly. But this b12 vitamin makes my hair grow faster. So, definitely try it!
Biotin, B12, B complex...also add to that a multivitamin I like the jelly ones! This combo is excellent for hair skin nails and strengthening ur nerves....
for the split ends you need to keep it trimmed. to make it grow, make sure you're getting vitamin b12 and calcium (take a multivitamin a day) and eat healthy, and stay away from hair dye.
Not sure if that will work however taking vitamin b12 will help your hair to grow faster

There isn't much data on vitamins and nail growth. Basically, maintaining a healthy diet helps maintain healthy nails. Having said that, there is a study or two on the benefits of including biotin, a B vitamin, on increasing the thickness of the nail. The level of intake in the study is much higher than what is recommended for daily intake. It will be interesting to see if there will be more studies on this topic.
Vitamin B12 can affect your hair color. Vitamin B supplements can help to maintain your natural hair color as well as prevent hair loss from occurring.
