uhh... of course they do.

Black Bears attack other animals because its the natural way of life and their hungry
Some bears fight for things like fish and other foods. Female bears fight other bears of to get food for there cubs.
Yes. They will attack a bear. Neither a bear or a tiger will prey on each other, but can come to blows over food or whenever their young are threatened.
Male Polar Bears are mean to each other around mating season and they tend to kill baby cubs sometimes because they are mad at the other male Polar Bear.
They are naturally aggressive to other male bears when they encounter each other, although polar bears are free ranging and don't establish and mark territory. They will attack and kill the cubs of another male so that they can then mate with the female. They will fight with the female as she tries to protect the cubs, although not usually to the death. Other times, although rare, it may be because they are starving.polar bears kill other polar bears to demand their territory and because of male stress
Sun Bears do not live in India. And if they do, they WOULD NOT attack India. Dunno
They must, how else would they talk to each other.
no, they kill each other
There has never been a polar bear attack on penguins.

No, polar bears live in the Arctic (north) and penguins live in the Antarctic and other places only in the Southern Hemisphere. So bears can't eat penguins.
Of course, yes! When they are hunting, they might have to put up a fight with the prey! Or they may fight with other polar bears (see the question, do polar bears fight other polar bears, for more information).
