They will consume ants. However, it is not recommended to feed them wild ones at the risk of introducing pesticides to the tank. If they are farm raised and are of the common black/brown variety (No stingers or potentially venemous species) should pose no threat to your betta. Happy fishkeeping!
yes,in the wild they eat bugs. i feed mine crickets, grasshoppers, and praying mantis's. if you have a tank thats any smaller than 5 gallons,go to your pet store and get at least a 5 gallon tank,a filter, and a heater
A group of army ants would only eat a dead fish on land.
Betta fish do not eat fish.
Ants are not usually fed to Betta splendens in captivity but in the wild tropical rainforests, tree ants would sometimes fall into water that would be occupied by Betta s. so tree ants would inevitably be a part of their natural diet.
NO!!!!! They should not eat betta fish...but if your cat has then call a vet, and don't get anymore betta Fish!
I believe you mean Betta fish. No, it should be fine. You can treat you Betta fish by giving them bloodworms!

I think they just can eat fish food. So, i wouldn't feed you betta fish sweet peas. kk
sharks eat all kinds of fish
When your Betta fish is fasting it means it is not eating, this usually happens after the Betta has bred and it will not eat until all the Betta eggs are hatched.
If the fish is still getting used to it's surroundings, it might not eat. This is normal. Usually if betta fish are comfortable, they will eat as soon as they smell or see the food.
