They squint However there are not many birds that will fly during rain.

No,not all birds that have wings and feathers can fly. An ostrich & peacock can't fly and they both have feathers and wings. Birds like the ones I named have small wings that's why they can't fly. All their muscles are in their legs.
Nothing, birds fly and feed off of worms, while cattle feed off of roughage and grains.
Most birds can fly. Not all.
To say that birds use wings and feathers to fly, so all birds can fly, would be false. Not all birds can fly. An ostrich is an example of a bird that cannot fly.
The Swift spends most of its time on the wing; it rarely ever lands, and when it does it prefers to perch on vertical surfaces. A Swift does everything on the wing, including sleeping. Albatross also sleep while gliding over the sea, opting to sleep while flying than landing on the water where they could be prey for Orca or humans. These birds only ever land for the breeding season.
The birds that can fly because it is easier for them to find food.
