No, They cannot. Just like any color ink when you get a tattoo it does not fade or change color, once it is there it's with you forever and will stay the say color, not necessarily shape because as you grow older your skin tends to loosen (you get wrinkles) the wrinkles tend to make tattoos look funny. But no they will not turn yellow.(:
