People of color are humans and as humans they are entitled to human rights. Unfortunately not all humans on Earth are able to enjoy their human rights. There are militant hate groups all over the world who take human rights away from various classes of people including people of another race, religion, gender and the impoverished.

Because, like all people, they are entitled to them. They campaigned for them through civil rights movements in places they did not have them, and got their entitlements.
