they should unless different brands.I always replace in sets,no just one.
The SE is the W126 body style. The 300E is the W124 body style.
I'm not sure about your 1989 model but on my 1993 300E the rear headrests are raised manually but lowered by a switch on the dashboard. Since they are both 124 series I would think yours would work the same.
There is a filter screen on the outlet of the fuel tank. There is a filter mounted next to the fuel pumps under the car.
Two pumps. Both are located under the car near the fuel tank. They are found under a removable cover. Hope this helps.
There is an adjuster on the power steering pump. One cannot adjust it as it has an automatic tensioner if the belt is squeaking it is time to replace belt/tensioner or both
Yes. I would involve reworking the wiring harness and replacing the ECU as well as quite a few other items but they are both W124 platforms. and basically the same vehicle.
'87 M103 engine 300E. There is one sensor up front with a three pronged plug and there is one up back of the engine compartment under the oil filter. Just look for the head of the hex screw. Bit misleading because they are both referred to as crankshaft sensors or at least they were to me. Sorry I cannot give you more details but will clean this answer up a bit tomorrow with part nrs. etc. -j
both, if it pumps liquid then it's hydraulic, if it pumps gas it is pneumatic
I would say both because they are both luxurious. If you want power, go for Mercedes, and if you want fuel-efficiency, I think Jaguar but Mercedes is better. Mercedes is nice, have more power, luxurious and has an agressive styling.
A "salt" pool is still mostly just chlorine. And yes the pumps are the same for both.
Well there both awesome German cars but I recommend Mercedes
Both the lift (transfer) and injection pumps are on the left side of the engine. Both the lift (transfer) and injection pumps are on the left side of the engine.
