Begonias do have seeds. Most people do not have the space or ability to grow them from seed. It is far less trouble to buy them in flats and put them into your garden.
They can be but most are started from tubers.
Summer bulbs are: canna, calla lilies, begonias, dahlias and gloriosa
The three most popular varieties of begonias for gardening are tuberous begonias, Rex begonias, and fibrous rooted begonias. Fibrous rooted begonias are also called the old fashioned wax.
Scarlet Begonias was created in 1974.

The daffodil does not spread by seed dispersal. It is much more efficient to reproduce by bulb offshoots. However, if the seeds are formed, they will be contained in the ovule until it is dry and eventually it will shatter. The seeds will fall on the ground directly above the bulbs. If there is any dispersal, it will be by squirrel or other animal which might pick up a seed and carry it to another location.
