Bull sharks live in warm coastal waters in different areas of the world, including the Gulf of Mexico. Although there are different types of sharks in the waters of Hawaii, the bull shark is not often seen there. Some types of sharks found in Hawaii are tiger, pygmy, gray reef, and the scalloped hammerhead sharks.

it depends where you are in Hawaii there is some whale shark, bull shark, tiger shark, and even sometimes on a rare occaican great whit sharks sand sharks a lot and hammer heads

According to researchers there are 40 known species of sharks in Hawaiian waters, but bull sharks are not one! Nearshore species include white and black tips, scalloped hammerhead, tiger, galapagos, and grey reef. Divers usually see white tips, a small shark which is the only species in shallow water that can rest on the reefs without moving. It is very rare to see tiger sharks and great white are occasionally spotted. There are aquariums in the state, one on Maui that will let you dive with their sharks! (reefannie)

Doubtful- there may be some along the southern coast, but a bull shark would have to travel through the saint Lawrence and then down a tributary in order to get into a lake/river. It's too cold for bull sharks as well
