No that would be an herbivore. Carnivores eat strictly meat.
Only the tadpoles will eat vegetation. Once a toad they are exclusively carnivore

There are different kinds of diosaurs. Some yes, are carnivores. Some are herbivores, and only eat plants. Some are omnivores, they eat both meat and plants.
Hadrosaurs were able to eat tough vegetation because of the adaptations that allowed them to chew. Plants they ate may have included conifers, cycads, ferns, horsetails, and early grasses.
