Yes they do shed...ummm not really too badly though. I have a black and tan cavalier and she sheds but not as much as a beagle or Skipperke.

Cavalier King Charles Spaniels do shed. They are small dogs, so there is not a large amount, but it could be enough to cause problems for someone with allergies. A good breed, if you like the temperament of the King Charles, but do not want shedding, is a Cavapoo.
