No, most chihuahuas are not brachycephalic. Brachycephalic means 'short head' and is seen notably on bulldogs or pugs. Chihuahuas have an average maxilla, called mesaticephalic. Other dogs have a very long head, called dolichocephalic, such as an afghan or greyhound. That being said, I have seen a Chihuahua mix that was brachycephalic. It made him appear even more bug-eyed than usual.
It is said that white chihuahuas have a desirable color, which is why kennels charge more for them. They are, however, no more special than other Chihuahuas. In the United States, it is better if the Chihuahuas are of one solid color, while in Mexico, they prefer their Chihuahuas with different colors mixed together in one dog.
More Chihuahuas live in America?

Chihuahuas are one-person dogs, meaning that they are very protective of their owner and often bark incessantly at people and/or nip at people unless the owner is there to correct the behavior. They aren't necessarily friendly toward strangers or other dogs outside of their environment (home).

Yes they can but I've only seen it once. There were two dogs and the owner was paying more attention to one more than the other. The other dog kept on getting jealous and butting in. So yes. they do.
