Well i have aspurgers and no i don't have this problem infact I'm a very deep sleeper. But the fact of the matter is that nothing will definatly be the case if you have aspurgers for example commen traits of aspurgers are inability to socialize, high intellect in one feild and very low in another, inability to tell facial expressions but even these are not certain i know someone with aspurgers who is very social and i myself am not actually paticulaly intelligent so the answer is basically no.
