While Jews and Moslems abide by the Mosaic Law of the Old Testament and refuse to eat certain foods like pork, or meat containing blood, Christians, who regard the New Covenant between God and humanity supercedes the old one, are allowed to eat anything.
In the New Testament there are passages which confirm this. For example there is a vision that Peter had of a sheet descending from heaven on which all kinds of forbidden food was laid out, and the voice of God confirming that it was now good to eat. In Paul's letters he also confirms that Christians are no longer bound by the Mosaic law, both in what they eat and in other practices, such as circumcision.
There are some groups within the Christian church that take part in minor customs with food. For example, some Roman Catholics still refuse to eat meat on Fridays (the day of Christ's crucifixion) as a mark of respect, and most Christians will give up something of luxury (eg chocolate or alcohol) during Lent, and give the money they would have spent to charity. A small minority of others (like the Salvation Army) refuse alcohol altogether. However, these are simply customs that have grown up over time and not any 'law' of Christianity stating that these foods should not be eaten.
Therefore, the vast majority of Christians eat what they want, when they want it.
