Yes! Condoms DO prevent pregnancy! They are also used to protect you from STI's.
The pill only protects you 98% so there is the 2% chance of falling pregnant while on the pill. The pill does NOT protect you from STI's.
You're better off to be safe then sorry, so my advice is to take the pill AND use a condom. :)

Not necessarily, one condom will do the trick! 2 condoms would usually create more friction between the two which will cause the condom to rip.

Another thing to consider is the timing of having sex. Studies show that if you have sex the week after the completion of a females period, the risk is reduced even more. Though the only 100% safe, is the tried and true abstinence. If you do not have sex, then you cannot get pregnant.

It takes about 3 days for the egg to get fertilized and an additional 7 days until the egg is attached. 11 paracetamol is not good for you or the kidneys and it will not prevent pregnancy working as the morning after pill nor will it make you abort. Better to take the morning after pill or have the coil fitted which can prevent pregnancy up to 5 days after sex.
