This is all a preference of your bird. You may want to try introducing a swing in their cage. At the same time, give them a treat with it, so they know that swing = good. If your bird is still reluctant to accept the swing in it's cage/doesn't use it, take it out. The bird is obviously not interested.
No, not quite sun conures are a little larger than green cheek conures.
Conures are not one specific breed of bird. Conures is used to describe either large parakeets or small parrots. There are over forty different species that are described as conures. Conure is not a scientific name, therefore it does not have a specific definition.
Some Conures when you buy them do come in pairs but others they come individually.

Yes, animals have mood swings. Humans have mood swings, but other animals like dogs, cats, and the like have mood swings with grumpiness, snarling, and growling. They can also have periods of random happiness up behind the grumpiness like licking, snuggling, cuddling, and other verbal cues.
They can indeed eat chicken eggs, but it is not as helthy to them as their normal food. Like seeds and vegitables
Catiques are bigger

Conure Parrots do not have vocal chords like a human. Conure Parrots have vocal folds in a structure called the syrinx, not in the laranyx like a humans does.
There is a huge difference in size. Sun conures and Green Cheek Conures are both small parrots, only slightly bigger than parakeets. An Amazon is a medium sized bird and will most likely kill the smaller Conures.
