Well, the answer is yes, in general. Any company or any person can sue any other company or person for any reason. If what you mean is can a credit card company sue a person for unpaid debt, yes, they can, and they will probably win unless you file bankruptcy or seek some other type of payment agreement.
Not likely. They can come to collect if you have a balance but sue you why?
tyes because u r fat
Yes, credit card companies can sue individuals of any age for unpaid debts. Age does not exempt someone from legal action for failing to pay their credit card bills.
Can you sue your absent husband for not paying a credit card he borrowed money on, the credit card is in my name only?
Yes. Why should your citizenship matter? If you did something that harmed the credit card company, they can sue you.
First off, the credit card company doesn't want your stuff. They won't come and take your TV or whatever you bought. Usually, if you are having a debt consolidation company divide up your payments - the credit card company won't bother you. BUT, sometimes the consolidation companies don't start making the payments when you give them the money. Sometimes, they keep your first and/or second payments as part of their fee. IF they didn't pay, the credit card people can sue you.
Sure, if you get a job, it would be fairly easy for a "skip tracer" to track you down.
y bro
if they do then you can sue
Do you think credit card companies care where someone lives, or how old they are, or how ill? I doubt it; it is all just business to them. If money was charged, then money is owed. If the money was not charged to this persons account, she needs a lawyer to protect herself.
no
as long as it remains a part of your credit report, 7 years.
