No. We can determine this by looking at the scriptures involved.

Probably the WORST human sinner who ever lived was Adam. His selfish act was responsible for the death of the entire human family, BILLIONS of people, yet WHAT was his punishment? Hellfire??? No, According to The Bible:

Genesis 3:19 "....In the sweat of your face you will eat bread until you return to the ground, for out of it you were taken. For dust you are and to dust you will return."

Death is the opposite of life, and when we sin (which we all do(Romans 5:12), we die.

(Romans 6:23 "the wages sin pays is death"). Death pays the penalty for sin (Romans 6:7). Not hellfire.

There is no consciousness after death.

Wow, according to your answer, we all can sin and not have to face any judgment or fear God. The biblical truth ; the rich man and Lazarus, the rich was tormented and Lazarus wasn't. The thief on the cross in Luke 23 went to paradise , which is in the third heaven and the other thief didn't. Their is a lake of fire and a hell and a grave and death. The carnal body returns to the dust of the earth, but the spirit lives on. Paul spoke and said " seek ye to be spiritual rather than carnal" . Yes in Matt 9 Jesus healed the person just as He did with His friend Lazarus in front of the saints when he told them He is the resurrection but Jesus wasn't resurrected yet either. In Matt 27:52 the graves were open and those saints who were in the graves was resurrected. Let's face it , if we are luke warm he is going to spew us out, just like the Nicolatanes in Rev 2. The Judgment Day of God is "at the Last Day"... the end of God's plan... and of man's mortality [Rev.20].

It's prophesied to come at the end of Christ's thousand year rule on earth, where the Lake of Fire is waiting for the incorrigibly wicked who absolutely refuse the Lord's salvation.

The "hell" fire Jesus speaks of is "Gehenna"... a valley at the outskirts of Jerusalem where they burned trash... and where, even then, they cast the dead bodies of some of the worst of criminals.

The end time prophecy, Revelation, mentions it first at the return of Jesus Christ with His angelic army in chapter 19:

"...I saw the Beast [most men say, Antichrist], and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against Him that sat on the horse, and against His army. And the Beast was taken, and with him the False Prophet that wrought miracles before him... These both were CAST ALIVE INTO A LAKE OF FIRE BURNING WITH BRIMSTONE." (Rev.19:19-20)

A thousand year fire will be kindled in Gehenna Valley, making it a Lake of Fire... if Jesus' reference to Gehenna [hell] fire is literal. And it's roaring presence and smoke billowing into the air for a thousand years will be a mental torment, reminder and a deterrence to most men from entertaining an evil thought.

So, until Judgment Day [the Last Great Day] comes, according to the Bible - all dead sinners go to another kind of "hell" called "Sheol" or "Hades" [not Gehenna]... which is: "... the grave, whither thou goest." (Eccle.9:10).
