No. Deer are herbivorous, not carnivores. You should worry more about the coyotes or cougars in the area eating your scottish terrier than a rouge deer out to attack it for reasons including protecting territory, itself, or its young. A deer would see your little dog as a predator and therefore would do every means possible to get rid of it.
