Rabbits do not like rhubarb leaves because they're poisonous and fatal. Don't give any poisonous foods to your pet rabbit: they've lost their wild instincts and don't know what's good for them, and they can make themselves really sick.
Some sources say to avoid all parts of the rhubarb plant. Other sources say that rhubarb stalks (the same parts we eat) are okay for bunnies. There are so many safe foods that "better safe than sorry" probably applies.
Don't give your rabbit cooked rhubarb. Any vegetables and fruits you give your bunny should be fresh, not cooked.
If you do give your bunny rhubarb stalks, stick to the same rules as when you try any new food on your bunny: start with just a bite and gradually increase portion size over a week or two. Stick to only one new food at a time so that if the bunny gets sick, you know what caused it. Watch for signs of ill-health (e.g. diarrhoea, gas, no pooping) and be prepared to bring the bunny to a vet if necessary.
Rhubarb - if it's okay for bunnies - would be classified as a treat. Too many treats can make your rabbit sick, so they should be limited. The House Rabbit Society recommends no more than 2 tablespoons of treats per day for a normal, healthy 6 pound rabbit. Rabbit should mostly eat hay, pellets, and fresh leafy greens - other veggies and fruit are treats only.

Rhubarb actually comes in several color varieties; from green to speckled pink to ruby red. It is safe to eat the stalks of green rhubarb, but never eat them if they have been frostbitten, and never ever eat the leaves of the rhubarb plant, as they are poisonous.
