If you're under 18, yes. But your doctor shouldn't be drug testing you because that's not their job. They can test your urine or blood to check the amounts of prescription medications that you take, but they don't check for other things unless your parents, school or police tell them to.

Any follow-on employer can--and better--access your driving record, which includes drug test results. Basically, if you have a CDL you do NOT do drugs. It will come back to haunt you.
