Yes they can but I've only seen it once. There were two dogs and the owner was paying more attention to one more than the other. The other dog kept on getting jealous and butting in. So yes. they do.

∙ 13y agoYes, dogs can be jealous over other pets or even people. I have a one year old pitbull, if I pay attention to other dogs or my boyfriend (kiss him) my Pitt imeditly runs over an has to be in the middle.
