I'm assuming you mean THC, Tetrahydrocannabinol, which is the chemical in Marijuana. So marijuana is the only drug that will test positive for THC.
A very small amount of marijuana can show up on a drug test. Most companies will allow a small amount of up to 20 ng to show up on a drug test and not test positive.
It is hard to find a drug test that doesn't test for opiates. however my friend is joining the NAVY and he tells me that during his DET meetings they only test for amphetamines cocaine and marijuana. so to answer your question it is most likely probable that a drug test will test for opiates, marijuana cocaine and amphetamines
