Dwarf bunnies can eat the exact same foods as all other pet bunnies.
Dried fruit is high in natural sugars. Fresh fruit is better for a rabbit, if you want to give your bunny a treat. A bite or two is enough. If you want to give your bunny dried fruit, make sure it doesn't have added sugars or any other ingredients on it (make sure it's just fruit that's been dried, nothing more), and then only give your bunny one bite only: since it has more sugar, the rabbit can't have as much of it.
Fresh treats are a good part of a healthy, balanced diet. A poor diet, including too much treats, can lead to illness. A healthy diet for rabbits (including dwarf rabbits) is lots and lots of hay, as well as some pellets daily, and some fresh leafy greens daily.
