Do earwigs make a sound

I think a small one was crawling in my ear once, it was scary because whatever it was kept making high pitched sounds that sounded bug-like. It was very annoying and I never saw what it was, but I live in a cave full of them. If it was, amazing.

i sometimes hear a high pitched sound that no one else hears when i am in the garden and its usually an earwig or a beetle close by, but as nobody else hears it they think i am mad lol

It is unknown if any animal species on earth communicat in a certain way ( like language not just nods and random noises).

Yes, but you have to see them with a microscope. Their used to feed on other insects/prey. They also have pinchers used for killing or simply pinching.
