well i wear skinny jeans, band Tees and converse, i also have the " emo " hair. I've been called emo, but really i hate stereotypes, so to answer question, no. emos do not think of themselves as ' emo ', if someone says their emo then obviously their just being a poser.
No, emos don't hate themselves, but they do hate it when people think stereotypical things like that. Keep in mind :] No, emos don't hate themselves. But some do hate life.
People (non-Emos) think that Emos overreact about little problems in their life. They think Emos think they have bigger problems than everyone else and are spoiled, depressed people that deserve to die. Those people just don't understand that Emos do what they do to help themselves cope.
i think cause the water sofftens the skin , so its eaiser to cut
They're not good to themselves
Well, it depends on what you write. I have seen Emo pictures where Emos have written things like "death" and "suicide" on themselves. If you do that, people might think of you as Emo, but Emos are most known for being emotional and for self-harm. E.g. cutting themselves
No, and really, thays the main big difference between scenesters and emos, Emos cut, Scenesters do not. Otherwise, Scenes and emos are very similar.
the climax is when the emos cut themselves
First people DO NOT CUT THEMSELVES BECAUSE THEY ARE EMO. Don't believe all emos cut themselves just because its what real emos do, because its wrong. People cut themselves for multiple reasons 1.Bullying 2.they think hurting themselves will make things right 3.family problems 4.people problems (relationships, etc.) 5.they like to (sadly)
First of all, it is called scene. And, no. They are not the same. Emos actually cut themselves. Scenes are just wanna-be emos
When the chavs came along, they accused the emos of being sad, the goths did it too, but accused them of being cheap inpressions of them, then the punks said they were loners, that tried to be like them. Emos could do nothing about it, since the 3 main labels had ganged up on them. There is no recorded time when the emos started abusing themselves, maybe when they started coming about in the year 2004. Ever since, emos today have copied their ansesters and cut themselves, but even now, they're coming to their senses! Phew
Being "emo" has nothing to do with sexual orientaton. Emos may be straight, gay or anything in between or outside the box.AnswerMany think it's pointless and offensive, and maybe overly feminine, but the person's opinion of themselves is all that really matters.Others can think whatever they choose, it cannot change who you are.
because that's how they want to express themselves
