No female bird menstruates. They lay eggs, they do not have live birth, there is no reason to menstruate or anything to do it with.

....African greys. Parrots. What else do you call them?
No, moose do not menstruate. There are a few animals, though, that do menstruate, they are the following: bats, shrews, African elephants, varied marsupials, lemurs, hedgehogs, and possibly monkeys/apes.
Funny you should ask that... It's Africa.
there are two species of African greys. one is the "Timneh African Grey Parrot".
No, not every female gets her period. If talking exclusively of those who are biologically female there are those who don't have the anatomy to menstruate or their bodies don't produce the hormones needed to have a menstrual cycle. Pre-pubescent girls don't menstruate and women past menopause don't menstruate, also women who are pregnant won't menstruate during pregnancy (sometimes for longer if they breastfeed), and women who have a hysterectomy to remove the uterus.
Spayed female cats and dogs do not menstruate.
IN THE WILD.......i am not 100% sure of the Congo African greys, but the timneh African greys are not. timnehs are only found in four countries in Africa (the only one i recall is sierre Leone). the congos i know are in Africa and south America, i am unsure of anywhere else.
