No. As far as I know they don't do sex change operations on dogs. There is no need for it. If you neuter a male dog, he will still be a male dog, but unable to make a female dog pregnant. That's all.
I have a pug puppy which I thought was female. Turns out when I took her to get spayed today she has both sex organs. I forget the terminology but according to the vet I talked to on the phone during her surgery said that she had signs of male genitalia on the outside (nothing looked unusual aside from a slit in her vagina showing some pink) and once he was inside she had testes attached to her uterus "horns". I will find out more when I go to pick her up today but there aren't supposed to be any problems with her in the future.
Female dogs who have not been spayed can have a sort of period when they are in heat.
yes and no when it is in the moms tummy it can have both cell so it can look like a boy but it is a girl people are to
LOL. ONLY MALES HAVE A PENIS. FEMALES HAVE A VAGINA. Did you miss reproductive health class?
Yes. Animals such a snails, and certain species of segmented worms, molluscs, crustaceans, and fish are hermaphroditic, with each individual capable of producing both eggs and sperm.
Only Male Dogs have a Cock and Balls, if the Dog does not have Balls but has Cock it has been Neutered, Female Dogs do not have a Cock or Balls

The answer is actually hermaphrodite.
Jellyfish are hermaphroditic animals. They possess the reproductive organs of both the male and female sexes, without any defined male and female characteristics.
Male animals reproduce by mating with female animals. In this process, the sperm from the male animal fertilizes the egg of a female animal.
Mammals (both male and female) have hair and mammary glands.
Both are warmblooded animals, can be either male or female, have eyes
