I'm sure its more likely for a flea to be transferred from an animal to a human, But I'm definetely possible for fleas to be transfered from humans to animals. Sorry if this answer doesn't exactly give you what you're looking for. :\

No they are not, but some people are highly allergic to cat or dog fleas, but it causes no dangerous harm to the person. They will get itchy from the bite, may have runny eyes, stuffy nose and a welt where the bite is.
