Best Answer

Some frog species spend most of their time in or very near the water and some spend a larger percentage of time on land. In moist places like the rain forests they are able to live in trees and other habitats that would be difficult for an amphibian in a drier environment. Pretty much all frogs need water for the first part of their life cycle.

Well, frogs love water but they don't live in it forever. besides, they are amphibians. they live on land and water. you can always find a frog an a... damp log. but frogs like water better than land.

Frogs Lay their eggs in a safe place in the water. (plants, between rocks) then when the frogs hatch they are raised in the water until they grow legs. then their mothers bring them onto land.

Not usually. "Frogs" can't, and "toads" usually can't, either. They have to have at least a bit of water now and then.
